However the very nature of our service is to allow the location based tracking of people, pets, vehicles and other important assets and equipment so some people may be concerned about privacy infringement. It is the responsibility of our customers to decide whether to inform their family members, employees, vendors, customers, etc. if a NavSeeker tracking device has been installed in their vehicle or other assets. It is also the responsibility of our customers to adhere to all local, state and Federal regulations regarding the use of the NavSeeker tracking devices and services as well as all regulations related to protection of privacy.

NavSeeker is in full compliance with the Harbor Framework as laid down by U.S. Department of Commerce as relates to the collection, use, and retention of personal information collected from the European Union (EU). What We Collect
We collect the e-mail addresses and phone numbers of those who communicate with us via e-mail or voice, we aggregate information on what pages users’ access or visit, and information volunteered by our users.
When the product(s) purchased from this Website are being used, NavSeeker collects GPS coordinates that show the location of the NavSeeker Locator. Specific version of the product can also collect additional information such as vehicle speed, direction, RPM. We also collect data and SMS usage from your account. You are free to suspend the collection of all such information by simply switching off the product purchased.
The information we collect is used to improve the content of our services, and is not shared with or sold to other organizations for commercial purposes, except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
It is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law.
